Established during 1973 by a visionary, Mr. Udaya Mohan Shrestha, Hardic Associates Group is an umbrella organization to different sectors such as financial, IT, tourism, hospitality, investment, consulting and many more.
Hardic Associates Group is also a pioneer in collaborating with various multinational companies all around the world focusing on bilateral or multilateral project promotion, providing consultation services to foreign multinational companies, helping the foreign companies to get accustomed with the local culture and building rapport with the clients.
One of the core competencies of Hardic Associates Group is its vast knowledge and experience in Japan. Hence, Hardic has been successful in assisting numerous Japanese companies in realizing different developmental projects financed by Japanese Government.
Our History
The history of Hardic Associates Group can be tracked back in 1970s when a young entrepreneur, Mr. Udaya Mohan Shrestha dreamt of establishing an umbrella organization which shall cater numerous services. To gain more expertise, he went to Japan which was then the growing financial hub. He returned to Nepal with ample amount of knowledge and expertise and an enthusiasm to serve the nation. He first started with Hotel so that he can welcome and serve his guests from Japan and to Nepal. This was his first step and made this as his main hub for Japanese in Nepal. After leading the nation on the Tourism industry, he then went on to establish Web-Park Nepal which was the first IT company in Nepal to start online payment system.

Meet Our Team
President - Mr. Udaya Mohan Shrestha
Mr. Udaya Mohan Shrestha is a well-known personality in Nepal. He founded the company more than 30 years ago with an aim to “Bridge Nepal Internationally”. He is a visionary and advocate for modern Nepal. He wears multiple feathers in his hat. He is also an entrepreneur, banker, politician, national veteran Table Tennis champion and a social worker.
He is the former chairman and currently the director of “A” class Bank of Nepal; Prime Commercial Bank. He is also the chairman of one of the oldest NGO in Nepal. Having studied from Kobe University in Japan, his expertise in Japanese culture, business and language have helped Nepal to obtain various business opportunities with Japan, China, India and other parts of the world.
Vice President - Mr. Sahaj Shrestha
To carry forward the legacy of Mr. Udaya Mohan Shrestha, Sahaj Shrestha is a perfect blend of tradition and modernity. Having studied from one of the most reputed school in India, living for 10 years in India and graduated from top University in Japan, living 15 years in Japan, Sahaj is a dynamic young entrepreneur who is connecting Nepal with Japan and rest of the world. After traveling all over the world he believes that Nepal has huge potential. He wants to lead Nepal to make an impact in the world by following the same vision of “Bridging Nepal Internationally”. He is also director of an INGO in Japan. He is actively looking for opportunities world-wide. Because of his multicultural experience and fluency in English, Japanese, Hindi and Nepalese, he has strong set of business communication skills. On 2020 May 1st, he was appointed as Nepal Senior Advisor for Japan's number consulting company Oriental Consultants Global.
Senior External Advisor Prof. Yoshiaki Ueda
Professor Ueda is Full-time researcher and a Professor at Ryutsu University in Japan. He is in the Faculty of Commerce Department of Business Administration. He specializes in Business Administration, Business theory, Asian business theory. In the Academic field he is an active member of Japan Business Association, Japan Securities Economics Association, Asian Management Association (Managing Director). Apart from that for the Committee members such as public organizations he is involved with Independent administrative agency, Japan Society for the Promotion of Science, Scientific Research Fund Committee Specialist, General Foundation, Osaka International Economic Promotion Centre Council Vietnam Advisor, Member of Osaka Chamber of Commerce and International Business Committee and Kyoto Chamber of Commerce Asia Business Consultation Desk Advisor. Financial Controller - Mr. Parmeshwor Shrestha
Our oldest staff of the company. He is engaged with all of our company's partners, clients and vendors. He is mainly handling the accounts, legal and administration works. With his sheer dedication, he completes the team by supporting the entire team and the guests. He is fluent in English and Nepalese and is upto date with the Nepal as well as Global business.
External Advisor - Mr. Ryuhei Kamei
Currently the Managing Director of Sirius Co., Ltd. Japan. Birthplace is Hokkaido Japan. Graduated from the Dept of Physical Education, Kokushikan University in 1987 with Major Public Health. Joined the SANYO Electric Co., Ltd. in 1989 and was appointed sub-leader of the Virus Washer Project in 2005. Left the SANYO to launch his own company in 2010. He is also Sixth dan in judo.

Sales Representative - Vu Duy Thang
A new member of our Management Team. Vu Duy Thang, is in Vietnam. Currently he is in charge for promoting new business in Vietnam. We have identified Vietnam as one of the fasted emerging market in Asia. With over 10 years of his working in the hospitality & tourism industry, he understand the values of great hospitality service to delivery or work. His experience has made him very consistent at his task and well mannered person. He full fills business targets even at high workload.
